Northstar Dispatching LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide professional dispatching support. However, Northstar Dispatching LLC does not guarantee:

• The availability of freight or loads
• Any specific load rate or rate per mile
• Any specific lane, route, broker, shipper, or customer
• Continuous or uninterrupted work
• Weekly or monthly revenue
• Profitability or business growth
• Specific mileage or operating results
• Acceptance by any broker or shipper
• Payment by a broker, shipper, factoring company, or third party
• Any particular financial or business outcome

Results may depend on market conditions, equipment type, location, availability, operating authority, safety history, insurance, broker requirements, seasonality, fuel costs, driver preferences, and other circumstances outside the control of Northstar Dispatching LLC.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings or business success.

6. Load and Third-Party Information

Load, broker, shipper, rate, mileage, schedule, and commodity information may be obtained from third-party sources.

Although Northstar Dispatching LLC may assist with reviewing and communicating this information, carriers are responsible for independently confirming all important details before accepting or transporting a load.
